We are a mobile food trailer that will be doing different locations throughout the year. We will post our monthly events here on the web page and a Facebook page At First Bite, LLC. We are fully permitted with the Department of Health in Albany and Rensselaer Counties plus NYS Health Department for Greene, Delaware and Otsego Counties,with more to come!

We are serving egg sandwiches, hot dogs, sausage peppers and onion sandwiches, hand cut fries, beef brisket burgers. On special occasions like festivals and events we will be serving smoked baby back rib sandwiches. All products are bought locally.
